The night class starts just before it gets dark, and we will quickly cover basics of shutter speed, iso and aperture and see how these can be used in quickly changing light conditions. After that, we concentrate on shooting a magazine cover, doing light trails of traffic, portraits without flash and light painting. Intro to Studio Photography
Studio photography isn’t just for the experts – and the best part is – you don’t even need a studio! Come along to the beginners studio photography class and learn how to light people and things using some really basic (and also some really advanced) equipment. This class assumes no prior studio photography experience and is very hands on and results oriented.

In this hands-on class, you will get to play with continuous lighting and lighting modifiers to gain a basic understanding of how to light different subjects. We look at some inexpensive (and no expense at all) lighting kits you can employ to create very advanced lighting setups - on a shoestring budget.
The class will cover lighting objects for online stores, such as eBay, lighting people for portraits and using everyday household lights and objects to create stunning photos in your own home studio.
Intermediate Studio Photography
In these classes we take you from continuous lighting to flash lighting and ease in the transition with a few challenges along the way. It’s the perfect class for those wanting to take their studio photography away from simple tabletop setups and learn how to photograph larger objects such as motorbikes and backgrounds.
